Salsa, fresh and delicious. Chips, warm and perfectly salted. Horchata was delicious, and super refreshing. I had the Birria Quesadilla, and let me tell you this was a good portion of food. The birria was so good, you could tell how much love went into it. The consome that came with it was delightfully fragrant and a perfect companion to the slow cooked beef. I am so happy that Oneonta finally has a Mexican restaurant that is worth it's weight in gold."
